my breakfast

Can anyone guess who I am?

Here's a hint: I'm having one of my favorite "diet" breakfasts.... an egg white smoothie. I know..... blech!!! It's actually quite good - some pasturized liquid egg whites, 2 frozed strawberries, 2 slices of frozen peach, some splenda, almond extract and some sunrise morning drink to blend it all together and yummmmm.... tastes like chicken :)

Good Morning Gals! Hope you're all sipping your water and getting your fruits and veggies in. My plan for today is to stay away from the candy and to get a walk in. I've decided to not get on the scale until the week is up. Sometimes when I get on the scale too often, I mess myself up. If I see a loss and I know I've "cheated", then I think it's okay to continue to cheat. If I don't see a loss and I think I've been following the diet, then I get discouraged, yada, yada - it's all a mental game. So, I've vowed to only weigh once a week - I was going to try for just once a month and go by how my pants (yep, the ones that don't fit) were feeling, but I don't think I can manage that.

Well, glad I found you and I'll try to learn this blogging stuff :) In the meantime - think skinny!

I want to put up a little counter for how much weight we have lost and how much more to go, so if everyone could give me their total of how much they want to lose I can get that set up. Thanks,

ok, so I sent out invites to a few of you, hoping you see this and put in an appearance real soon, this is my first day after several days of partying and living it up and I really need to get back into my healthy eating. So my goal today is to stay at 32 WW points.

Also I would like to tweak this blog around a little as well, maybe add a few features. I already added a how we keep it moving column for everyone to list their favorite workouts, go ahead and add yours, or if you don't have blogging skills yet, I can do it for you.

Here we are!

so me and a bunch of my crazed stamper friends decided we needed a little more motivation to lose a few extra pounds! SO we have formed our own little support group/competition. At the end of each month, the person who has lost the most weight for that month gets a 4.95 SU! grosgrain ribbon from all of the other members.

We hope to share with you what works for us, what doesn't work, some great tips, and maybe some good motivational links as well. Maybe a few of the brave ones might even like to share a picture???

So keep checking back as we turn ourselves into a bunch of skinnie minnies!
